單槽和雙槽的差別

雙槽:由於紋路是交叉紋，更適合物體密度相對 比較低的。例如:用於木制、鋁制、塑膠…等，

帶交叉紋的排屑快，在打磨和雕刻時不容易堵住紋路，所以軟質的物体上雙槽是更合適些。

單槽:由於紋路是單紋，因此單槽刀工作切削時，碎屑容易堵住刀槽，致使刀槽紋路深度變淺，

切削能力下降，因此較適合物體較硬物品上。例如:用於鐵、鋼、銅…等，

所以硬質的物体上單槽是更合適些。

硬質合金材質(鎢鋼磨頭)可取代帶柄小砂輪

任意切削加工HRC70以下的各種金屬和非金屬材料

應用於模具加工製造，清理鑄、鍛、銲件的毛邊平整加工

1. 硬質合金旋轉銼在氣動或電動工具上使用時，中/低轉速，轉速一般為6000-40000轉/分，必須夾緊刀具

2. 切削方向應從右向左均勻移動，不能像使用砂輪一樣進行往復切削。
