因台灣的天氣多變也較潮溼，又小舖的產品因為都是無任何添加，因此建議""最佳賞味期""為三個月，若能冷藏是最好，若沒有辦法也請一定要放置陰涼處並保持乾燥喔~~

蓮藕粉 小舖有兩種喔~

這種是傳統水洗式的有添加木薯粉 就跟外面賣的蓮藕茶一樣 喝起來的口感比較好  

另一種是研磨成粉狀，喝起來不像傳統水洗式的口感那麼好喝，但是100%的純蓮藕粉

沖泡方式：

一、先用少量冷開水，把粉攪拌均勻化開(每一小顆藕粉都有沾到水)。

二、倒入煮滾的開水(95°C以上)，一邊加一邊快速的攪拌。直至藕粉變成淡褐色透明的膠狀。

因為是純原料，如果不習慣的話。也可以自行添加糖哦。
