英國雙層錶殼芝麻鍊懷錶附鑰匙，錶殼有英國獅子925銀標誌，獨立製錶師製作(手工簽錶名John Vancher，錶面底部簽A Geneve，機芯亦有簽名)，原裝白磁面有2條細微髮絲紋，錶徑約5.8公分，行走正常有力，第二層保護殼手工雕花，圖四為芝麻鍊結構，存世少見。
