下面這傢伙的測試跟我雷同。起毛邊快但是顆粒均勻度不足。。但是有效率就是好石頭。刀口亮不亮倒也不是大問題。

Kota Japan Double Sided Diamond Water Stone 3000 / 800。。賣30美元。
I've been sharpening knives with waterstones for some time now and while I can't say I'm an expert I am definitely not a newbie.
After receiving this stone I whipped out my test knife, soaked the waterstone and got busy.
Let's start with the good:
It comes in a nice box.
Included are two rubber holders which protect it and serve as anti-slip holders when the stone is used.
The stone is well made, soaks water well and produces slurry quite quickly.
It raises the burr very fast, took me less than 20 seconds on the "8000" side to get a nice burr.
And now the ugly:
First of all, at the time of writing this review, the item title is "Kota Japan Double Sided Diamond Water Stone 3000 / 8000.". This is misleading since there's absolutely no diamond particles in this stone. This is a corundum stone (Corundum is a crystalline form of aluminium oxide).
Second, I am having very hard time believing that the side marked with "8000 grit" is really that fine. Since I can't tell the grit difference just by touch comparing it to my other 5000 grit stone, I rand half of the blade on my 6000 grit King waterstone and other half on the 8000 grit side of this one. You can see on the picture attached to my review that the side finished on the 6000 King stone has nearly perfect mirror finish while the other side is matte. In addition, there is no way that 8000 grit stone would raise a substantial burr after only ten strokes. It takes me good two minutes of sharpening on the 6000 stone to get a slightly noticeable burr.

磨得又快又好。。拿去再整平也不心疼。。買幾千塊的沒磨平均。整平一次就不見好幾百。。而且漿石又很快不平。漿石就是漿石就算添加陶瓷成份。還是很快磨光。。
這賣家真實在....好好鼓勵。別拿錢跟阿本ㄚ換石頭。讓阿本ㄚ去買鑽石
天然砥石的货源，其实一直以来，本店都有。无非是没有进货，没有去销售。尽管在2年前我们就知道这玩意利润特别高，一直以来也没有做。 因为我们认为这是属于少部份人的东西，对广大用户来说，即使是刀友，选择天然 并没有什么太大的意义。。。 而少部份“玩家”的需求，本身并不在我们的商品规划之中。。。
