咖啡豆是東帝汶主要出口品項之一，東帝汶為一個極窮落後之國家，咖啡農幾乎不噴農藥全程採天然栽種方式，不含化學肥料的自然食品，吸收大自然本身所醞釀的養分，所以產量並不多。

產區：Maubesse

生豆處理法：RawWashed

風味敘述：不酸、不苦、不澀、口感香醇飽實順口、餘韻甘甜

 

杯測報告：

乾香：西洋杉、熟牛肉味、煙草味、香料味

溼香：土壤味、深巧克力、香草味、酒釀香

 

啜吸：入口的茶味拌隨著...乾淨的苦!發酵的甜水果味有微酸感，body的黏稠度像熱可可，回溫的口感有冬瓜茶味.
