柿紅釉   是建盞釉面的一個品種因為燒造出來的釉面顏色和柿子成熟後的紅色類似，所以取名為柿紅釉建盞。柿紅釉是建盞的高溫產品,很適合喝茶特別是岩茶、普洱茶，盞越養越漂亮柿紅釉釉面光澤不強，紅褐色釉面深紅色加晶點。窯溫太高,斑紋析出太多、太密，掩蓋了釉的底色,或是還原不足又或者是坯中氧化鐵含量過低，都會出現這樣的品種。
