安琪8菌、12菌自製優格專用菌粉。

有原味型及甜味型

甜味型是從甜菊及羅漢果兩種純天然植物所提煉出來的甘甜味，不需放糖也有如加了糖的甘甜味，無會增加糖份的攝取量，就能賦予自製優格清甜的口感。

配合優格機在40度左右恆溫發酵約需8~10小時完成。

自己動手作優格，簡單0失敗，我女兒小學四年級都自己作，倒入鮮奶、倒入1小包菌包拌勻後插電後睡覺去，只需幾十秒，一早起床就有新鮮營養的優格可當早餐（我賣場機子記得要倒水導熱）。

如想吃口感更綿密的進階版，可以用鮮奶700g+鮮奶油200克，做出來的優格超綿密很好吃。

鮮奶油全聯有200g包裝，挑選35%~40%Whipping Cream鮮奶油。

自製優酪乳參考:

鮮奶110+自製優格90，就能作出媲美市售林×營的鮮奶優酪乳。
