尹式八卦掌源于董海川，始于尹福，傳練於皇宮內，又稱帝王之拳。是八卦掌中最重要的一大支派。尹福先師，字德安，號壽鵬，河北冀縣人。是董海川先師的得意高足，深得八卦掌之精髓，尹福先師由摯友宮遷禦醫駱興元介紹進皇宮授拳。尹福一生收授弟子眾多，授徒時因人而異，授之有方，其基本掌形掌法、身形身法、步眼步法及基本動作，都有其獨特的風格和特點。 

 

八卦掌是中國傳統武術的一個重要組成部分，八卦掌自清末董海川先師傳世至今，已有100多年的歷史。八卦掌取名于易經，以八卦理論為指導，以走轉的方式進行掌法變換的內家拳。它不僅具有攻防搏擊的技能，更有強身健體之功效，是民族文化的繼承和發展，是中華之國粹，是武術之精華。

 

主講：王尚智，尹式八卦掌第四代傳人，現任北京市武術協會八卦掌研究會副會長。
