正常使用狀況，不會氧化。

最後一張圖「底部斷面」，因為「斷面會氧化」為正常狀況，

陰天拍攝，實品顏色就是銀的色澤。
自然銀的銀比例，比人工銀高。

李時珍在《本草綱目》中記載，銀有「安五臟、定心神、止驚悸、除邪氣」等保健功效，現代醫學認為：銀能殺菌消炎，排毒養生，延年益壽，長期使用，可以起到加速新陳代謝、增強抵抗力的作用。

自然銀的靈性功效（參考）

2，有助緩和能量在體內的流動並清除雜質

自然銀 Native Silver 常含金，汞等。是柔軟且帶有白色光澤的過渡金屬，屬於等軸晶系，延展性好。在所有金屬中，擁有最高的導電率、導熱率和反射率。銀在自然界中的存在方式有高純度的元素形式（自然銀），如與金或其他金屬以合金形式存在，以及在礦石中存在，如輝銀礦和角銀礦。長期以來，銀一直被視為貴金屬。

通常呈不規則的粒狀，塊狀或分支狀集合體。形成於低溫熱液礦脈中，往往向一個方向延伸，並發生扭轉或撓曲。集合體成樹枝狀、不規則薄片狀、粒狀或塊狀。自然銀的顏色與條痕均為銀白色。溶於硝酸、濃硫酸中，熔點低，易溶。如果暴露於硫化蒸汽蒸氣中，銀會失去光澤。

高反射率高延展性。自然銀並不是銀的重要來源，常用的銀主要是由輝銀礦（Argentite）等含銀礦物提煉而來。銀的導電性、導熱性及延展性極佳，常作為貨幣、貴重的裝飾品、照相材料等用途。銀能對硫等元素反應，也對某些微生物有殺菌功效卻對人體無害，加上有美觀價值，因此常被做為高級餐具或食物容器。古代也曾有利用這種特性而出現「銀針探毒」的驗毒技術，但今日已證實銀僅對部分元素、化合物及微生物有反應
