                  成歡戰役.是甲午戰爭( 日清戰爭 ). 中日第一場正式交鋒陸戰.
                1894年7月26日.聶士成在牙山敗陣後.率清軍撤退至成歡修建
                防禦工事. 佈署兵力3500人. 只有輕武器. 無重砲.
                日軍兵力3500人.騎兵47人.重砲8門.日軍7月29日開始攻擊駐
                守成歡的清軍.經一天的戰鬥.清軍敗陣.再撤退至"平壤".                                                      清軍駐守"平壤"兵力. 15400人. 山砲28門. 機關砲6門.
                1894年9月15日凌晨.日軍開始攻擊"平壤".經過激烈的槍炮
                攻防戰.互相廝殺. "平壤城". 雖有壁高五丈的堡壘. 也擋
                不住日軍28門山砲的攻擊與摧毀.
                守將. 左寶貴. 被大砲擊中. 陣亡. 其部屬官兵也相繼陣亡.
                清軍守城最高統帥. 葉志超. 棄城而逃.大批武器彈藥.軍糧.
                金磚.金錠.銀錠.均被日軍收繳. 葉志超逃回中國後.由刑部
                械送京師. 監斬.
                平壤城戰役: 清軍共戰死2000人. 負傷4000人.
                                    日軍共戰死102人.負傷433人.失蹤33人.
