1997年香港邵氏電影製片廠拍攝製作的動作電影，由元奎執導拍攝，金城武、元彪、宣萱等領銜主演。一列火車從山東地界駛向上海，金城武飾演的馬永貞和大哥一起離開家鄉闖蕩上海灘，偶遇宣萱飾演的歌女金鈴子並互生情愫，幾人在動盪的上海灘歷經江湖險惡，最終夢醒還鄉。
