購買注意事項：

1‧本賣場除了部分商品(金絲楠木桌板、非柚、緬柚、巴花、部分傢俱)為現貨，餘均為大陸或產地(竂國、越南)直接出貨，需下訂後，海運至台灣約3-4週時間(如遇海關清關較長，可能會延誤送達時間)。

2.賣場部分手鍊(串)產品，下訂後需5-7個工作天(不含假日)，如有急迫性的客戶，請特別留意。

3‧產品全源於珍貴原始林原木，因天然成長過程必然產生微裂及損傷，故每件產品多有修補加工。本店人員出售前將再次提醒買方，商品售出後，不得以產品有開裂、凹洞及主觀瑕疵等理由要求退貨。

4‧如遇搬運現場電梯、住家大門產品無法進入，需另請吊車時，所需費用由買方支付。若進行吊車搬運後，產品仍無法順利進行，產品運回本店暫放所需運費及暫放保管費由買方支付，且不能以無法搬入為由要求退貨。

5‧所販售均屬大型及不易搬運產品，請買方同意完成交易前詳查產品特色(尺寸、木種及細節圖片)，如後續(收到商品七日鑑賞期內)有需退貨情事，送回本店之運費(新台幣5,000元整)由買方全額支付，恕不接收主觀使用產品感受之理由(例：桌子、桌腳不符合人體工學；與想像不同)而商議運費問題。
