張萬傳(1909-2003)
台北人，早年隨石川欽一郎習畫多年，後留日入東京川端畫學校及本鄉繪畫研究所進修。返臺後加入台陽美術協會，與畫友創立行動畫會，作品曾入選東京第一美展、日本春陽會展、府展特選，曾任教廈門美專、國立臺灣藝術專科學校。
