稀有國寶品種 北宋黑定官窯  黑單色釉盤內刻劃花芒口足底官字款瓷盤  
定窯創燒於唐代，經過五代，於北宋時達到鼎盛時期，在元代時雖生產，仍終止於元。以出產白瓷著稱，胎薄而輕，質地堅硬，色澤潔白，不太透明。 此外定窯也燒制黑釉、醬釉和綠釉等，分別稱「黑定」、「紫定」、「綠定」。定窯雖然是民間瓷窯，但北宋中期之後由於品質精良、紋飾秀美為宮廷選中，也為宮廷燒造了大量瓷器，到了明清時代，評論宋代陶瓷，品評汝窯、官窯、哥窯、定窯和鈞窯為宋代五大名窯，可見得定窯瓷器之盛名。
