望遠鏡成像原理： 望遠鏡之所以能看見很遠的物體，主要是內部核心部件透鏡對光線的折射作用而形成的。以開普勒望遠鏡例，當遠方天體發出的平行光線經過物鏡後，在物鏡焦點外距焦點很近的地方，得到天體的倒立、縮小的實像。目鏡的前焦點和物鏡的後焦點是重合在一起的，所以實像位於目鏡和它的焦點之間離焦點很近的地方。所成實像對目鏡來說物體，再經過目鏡成像為一正立放大的虛像。
