高湘君，江蘇省工藝美術大師 ( 2016年第六屆 )、江蘇省陶瓷藝術大師 ( 2016年第二屆 )、2012年研究員級高級工藝美術師、江蘇省陶瓷藝術委員會會員、江蘇省工藝美術學會會員、中國工藝美術學會會員、江蘇省工藝美術學會會員。
1957年生於宜興，1976年進宜興紫砂工藝廠，先後師承高級工藝美術師李碧芳，江蘇省工藝美術大師謝曼倫。先後兩次參加中央工藝美術學院（現北京清華大學）進修培訓，三次參加中國工藝及省人事廳、省工美舉辦的高級研修班。
擅長陶瓷紫砂壺的設計創作，尤其在花器中的竹器，如《十六竹》《祥和竹》等以竹為題材的系列作品，具有獨特的個性風格。
作品分獲國家輕工業部、中國輕工業聯合會、中工美、省工美等各類創新評比金獎、銀獎數十個，並被無錫市博物館、中南海紫光閣、韓國陶瓷文化博物館收藏。
曾應邀前往美國、韓國、阿聯酋進行陶藝交流。
作品《祥和竹》被中南海紫光閣收藏。
