ZF 8速自排變速箱 維修

這台BMW 
開到跳變速系統故障相關故障碼
鎖定在p檔無法切換檔位
只能拖吊到廠內
經由技師檢查變速箱油的狀況
再測量電磁閥
判定是內部齒輪機械問題

我司可協助翻修整顆Zf變速箱
電腦板
離合器片
行星齒輪
電磁閥
油道清潔
油封墊片耗材
殼體內外也會使用專用清潔劑清洗
按照規範扭力扳手組裝並負載測試
完成後上車入油達到工作溫度後測量油面 在用診斷電腦歸零校正後一同陪車主路試後交車

在維修過程中也發現其他問題點

變速箱油底殼上塗抹墊片膠
且引擎下部漏油
告知車主後同意追加項目
後曲軸油封一併更換
材料不貴
如有拆裝變速箱建議一併更換

**實際費用約2萬-20萬,施工項目依照車子狀況而定**
