精銅鍛鑄，全銅實心鑄像。全器完好無損，高度210mm(右手起算至腳底)，雙腳底有螺絲鎖在木座底盤固定，木座四周有長方形掉漆痕跡露出原木顏色，疑似當年有加蓋保護。

本件購自南部一位日治期醫生後人，該件於1920-1930年代已存放其家中。
