林熊徵（1888年11月5日—1946年11月27日），原名慶綸，字薇閣，號肇權，辛亥革命後，改以熊徵為名，新北市板橋區人，是活躍於日本統治時期的 家兼慈善家，板橋林家的成員。他曾一度是臺灣首富。

上海灘台商首富林鶴壽(N. Z. Ling,1884-1937), 菽莊花園原主人林爾嘉的堂兄弟

林鶴壽是台灣首富板橋林家三房林維德子,三十歲就出任家業林本源製糖會社社長

林鶴壽在20歲就當上林本源製糖會社社長，在學問方面可說讀破萬卷書，又精通英、日文，

對傳統的漢學造詣亦深，一生中經營錢莊業，如建祥號、益昌號、裕記謙棧錢莊、金長厚，

曾投資新高 ，任董事； 台灣電氣工業株式會社，持股二百； 經營鶴木產業株式會社，

任董事長代表。 曾在廈門興建八卦樓，即今日廈門歷史博物館。

1937年林鶴壽因心臟病與糖尿病併發症過世。
