#器型介紹
紅陶素燒折肩甕，圓口圓唇，唇口下方微微內凹。頸部線條優美，向外張開，連接至器肩。口內壁可見弦紋拉胚痕跡，顯示出製作過程中的手工痕跡。整器最大徑位於肩腹交接處，器身斜壁向下收至圈足，平底設計，底邊緣內收，呈現出類似圈足的效果。整器手拉成形，唇口與腹部均留有不平整的手拉痕跡，增添了古樸的風味。全器素燒無上釉，胎色分佈不均，上半部較紅，器腹處則因使用而有焦黑痕跡。
肩部上方間隔相等距離有顏色較淺的長條形痕跡，為入窯燒製時上下兩件陶器堆疊，用「泥餅」隔開的印記。

#爬梳文獻年代與功用
根據考古定年，這類陶罐相對可追溯至19世紀，譬如澎湖將軍一號沉船和1822年沉船得順號（Teek Seeum），皆出水不少這類陶罐，尺寸不一，多為無釉。由於溫度控制不佳，有的燒成紅陶，有的則成為灰陶。這類素燒陶罐多用於燒煮，可直接接觸火源加熱，展現出實用的特質。
