款識：陳光明製印(壺底款)；光明（壺蓋款）

說明：此壺紫泥為胎，砂質細膩光潔，包漿瑩潤，隱發含蓄之光。此壺名為泥繪詩詞花卉六方壺，為陳光明所創，是其代表壺型之一。底開犴門，六面立挺，筋骨挺拔，極為硬朗。

整器大氣沈穩，制工細膩，品相完整，屬民國紫砂佳器。

作者陳光明，清末民初宜興紫砂名工，尤以制作方器見長，此壺便是他的一件方器佳作。

字匡廬。其人擅製紫砂茗壺，精配泥色。技藝超群，所製風格高古，輪廓周正，做工精細。顧景舟《宜興紫砂珍賞紫砂陶史概論》中對其作品高度評價為“皆一代佳品”。
