邁索爾位於印度南部南端咖蒙迪神山山麓，神山山頂有女神廟，內供俸咖蒙迪神女之神像。

老山檀香鑑賞因素在香韻，香韻的關鍵又在於檀醇~醇而不沖。

賞檀悅目、聞~清肺舒心，檀脂環境不同，結酯香韻濃度也不同。

老山檀的醇化酯厚霸道~1原木成熟要百年以上、2採後熟成要

30~60年的醇放，穩定後散發出來，香味純正、香味柔和氣醇厚持久悠長醒腦，尾韻淡奶香甜。

老山檀香達到醇酯醇和的狀態、味柔和溫暖而香甜，帶有玫瑰花香的香息，香味恆定持久一致，穿透力強而迴繞不絕。
