中華職棒球員工會公益競標與紀念品義賣規則 

一、支持球員工會運作球員工會定期舉辦認證球具公益競標或發行專屬紀念品，所得將用於以下三大核心面向：

40%：公益回饋計畫（退役球員培訓、人才媒合等）。

35%：退休金制度基金，確保選手生涯後的保障。

25%：工會行政運作，持續推動選手權益。

我們用心規劃義賣活動，讓選手的簽名與紀念品發揮更大價值，也歡迎支持這項理念的朋友參與。

 

二、競標與購買規則所有商品皆經工會認證，確保真實性與價值。

公益義賣商品起標價為 $1,500，競標機制採 Yahoo拍賣「自動出價」。

得標後請於 5 天內 完成購買資訊填寫，並於 7 天內 付款。

無故棄標或取消訂單者，將列入黑名單，無法參與未來競標。

我們依既定規則運作，敬請理解與尊重，如願意支持，歡迎參與。

工會保有最終修改、變更及解釋活動之權利。

 

三、認證資訊所有認證品及紀念品皆由選手提供，確保真實與收藏價值。

所有簽名均經確認，保證為選手親簽。

本會認證商品附有認證卡與雷射標籤，確保唯一性。

認證日期以選手提供並完成簽名時間為準。

 

四、出貨流程付款完成後，商品將於 10 個工作天內 寄出。

如遇連假、天災等不可抗力因素影響出貨，將另行公告。

若有任何問題，請透過聯繫方式與我們聯絡。

 

五、退換貨規則所有認證品及紀念品均為選手捐贈並經認證，無鑑賞期。

競標前請確認商品狀態，成交後恕不接受退款或換貨。

商品可能具有自然使用痕跡，這正是其收藏價值的一部分。

若商品在運送過程中損毀或有瑕疵，請與我們聯絡。

認證卡與雷射標籤請妥善保存，遺失恕不補發。

 

六、資料保密政策工會僅將蒐集之個人資料用於：

工會章程或登記項目範圍內之使用。

公益勸募條例業務需求，包括客戶管理、募款等。

個人資料將依法妥善保護，未經許可不作其他用途。
