第三段 "活力台灣" , 由超級馬拉松好手林義傑帶領自行車隊穿越主場館 .

 紐西蘭天籟女聲 海莉 Hayley Westenra 與台灣歌手跨界對唱 ;

壓軸重頭戲煙火秀 , 結合主場館環狀造型 , 讓世界看見台灣 .

由代表高雄港的大船汽笛號角聲拉開序幕 , 已展現 "高雄意象" 為企劃主軸, 

透過跨界. 數位. 當代流行的手法, 分為 "光影高雄". "懷舊高雄". "時尚高雄" 三個段落 ,

以蝶魚, 木棉花為發想的創意表現, 全場無間斷的音樂連成一氣, 堪稱 "多媒體科技藝術音樂秀".

整場閉幕秀搭配近千人的頂尖表演團隊, 高雄在地藝術表演團體精銳盡出,

 寶島歌王陳昇緊接登台, 以一首 Summer 帶動現場四萬觀眾熱情;

隨著節目高潮不斷, 煙火特效團隊也設計了十五波環跑式的煙火與彩煙, 跟著節目設計給觀眾震撼不斷!

 伍佰 & China Blue 的台客搖滾, 讓全世界聽見屬於台灣的熱情聲浪! 替高雄世運寫下精彩的完結篇!
