定窯 定窯是中國宋代五大名窯之，窯址位于河北省保定市曲陽縣澗磁村、野北村及東燕川村帶，因唐宋時期屬定州管轄而得名。創燒于隋代，興盛于晚唐至宋代，金代延續生產并恢復至北宋制瓷水平，代逐漸衰落。定窯以燒制白瓷為主，兼產黑釉、醬釉和綠釉瓷器，文獻分別稱為“黑定”、“紫定”和“綠定”。其白瓷胎質細膩，釉色瑩潤，器物以盤碗居多，具有“薄如紙、白如玉、聲如磬”的特征。北宋中后期開始為宮廷燒造瓷器，采用覆燒法提升產量，該工藝因北方寒冷氣候下饅頭窯容量限制而明，器物口沿形成無釉芒口特征。裝飾以刻花、劃花和印花技法為主，印花工藝受定州緙絲藝術影響，宋金時期被譽為“印花之冠”。
