耀西進入圖鑑後，立刻發現了生物的蹤跡，而耀西運用他獨特的動作，陸續來觀察與找出各種生物的奇妙特性。耀西把每項發現記錄在圖鑑中，而深入認識生物、完成圖鑑，就是耀西的目標。在圖鑑中，似乎隱藏著各式各樣不可思議的生物，究竟還有什麼樣的驚喜在等待著耀西呢？
