蔡元亨(1902~1992)
原名元興,清光緒28年,西元1902年生於嘉義縣布袋鎮幼時苦讀四書五經，性情恬適儒雅,好禮重諾,在布袋地區有「神童」之美譽，善書法亦善詩,日據時期攻於魏碑光復後致力於"于右任"先生草書之,30歲時從書上得知，漢朝張操做畫時一手畫松枝，一手畫松幹，便決心學習雙管齊下書法60歲在台北舉辦「雙管齊下」之書法展
