★本郵品為前郵政總局局長讓藏，四季齊全，局贈卡及封加雙簽名鈐印，不敢說是孤品，但存世這麼完整的怕也沒有幾套！舉凡本賣場所賣"局贈親簽貼票卡"，所有簽名及鈐印均保真，如為造假品，拍品一律奉送，並且全額退費★

王炳南大師是台灣極具代表性的資深郵票設計師與集郵家，他將「包裝設計」的商業思維導入郵票這方寸間的藝術，作品多次在中華郵政的設計競賽中奪冠。

陳健全先生是台灣著名的繪圖家與郵票設計師，經常與王炳南大師合作。在中華郵政發行的多套郵票中，陳健全主要擔任繪圖者，負責將細膩的圖像具象化，而王炳南則常擔任創意指導。
