In this kit you will find: 



Knockout Block - traditional hardwood plus rods. Alluminium top with 4 holes. Essential tool for safely removing nibs and feeds. 

Section Pliers - 6 ins rubber jaw chrome vanadium with padded handles. A quality tool which will last a lifetime although the rubbers may need replacement! Vastly superior to and much more versatile than the 'spark plug' type which are sometimes advertised for pen repairs. 

Sac Fitting Tool - Simple tool which makes sac fitting easy. Similar to those used in the old pen factories. Supplied with instructions.

 
Inner Cap and Nib Gauge - simple tool which ensures tip of refitted nib doesn't grind in cap. Supplied with instructions. 

Sac Gauge - aluminium. Covers all sizes of sac and takes the guesswork out of sac fitting.

 
Inspection Light - Flexible LED. Essential light, perfect for inspecting barrels and caps. You can spend a lot of money on an inspection light but this one works as well as any of them. 

Six Latex Ink Sacs -  a selection of the most popular sizes. 

Bottle of Shellac - 10ml, sufficient for at least 100 sacs, with plastic applicator. 

French Chalk - 50g packet sufficient for hundreds of sacs. 

Silicone Grease - approx 5g supplied in small tub. This is the only grease which should be used on pens. Use it on the section to help the next person who has to try to get the pen apart! 

Metal pick - to remove old sac. 

Sanding board - for cleaning up the flange of the section prior to fitting new sac. 

Rubber gripper- helps to get the pen apart in conjunction with section pliers. 

10 x Magnifying Loupe - perfect for inspecting nibs, barrel imprints etc. 

Barrel Brush - the right size for cleaning most caps and barrels.
