~~商品保固~~

◆依消保法之規定：個人衛生用品(耳機/抱枕/耳塞，有跟身體接觸之商品)，經拆封使用後，非產品功能瑕疵不接受退貨。

7天猶豫期非試用期(拆封)。退貨時，須保持商品完整包裝。如經拆封後無法恢復原商品可銷售狀況而產生的包裝與整新費，將由客戶自行負擔。

●本商品在非人為因素下,自購買日起保固七天(配件不包含在內)。 

商品在購買日起算為商品保固期。客戶請妥善保存該商品之購物發票/證明。 商品在保固期內寄送之運費由客戶與本公司各自負擔乙次；保固期外的維修品來回寄送的雙程運費與維修費用皆需由購買人自行負擔。

有以下情況者恕不保固:

◆因泡水、受潮、撞擊、刮傷、拉扯過度所造成之損壞者。

◆自行拆解或保固標籤毀損不明者。

◆錯用機型、拉拔方式錯誤等不當使用所造成之故障。
