3~24串電感式主動均衡板(三元鐵鋰通用)

1.均衡燈亮起時候，均衡工作開啟。

2.均衡燈熄滅，均衡電路休眠狀態。

3.均衡燈閃爍，掉串指示，或者電路故障。

均衡原理：

本模塊是相鄰壓差均衡，相鄰電池壓差達到0.1V以上芯片內部觸發均衡工作，直到相鄰電池壓差在0.03V以內停止工作，用在電池包上面充放電時存在相鄰壓差觸發均衡工作，電池包電壓誤差也會被拉回到比較理想的數值，減少電池維護成本。

技術參數：

工作電壓2.0V-4.5V，三元鐵鋰電池通用

不適用於：法拉電容、鈦酸鋰電池LTO鈦酸鋰電池。

休眠功耗：2uA低功耗，電池可長期閒置

均衡電流：

相鄰壓差0.1V以上（電流在0.5-0.7A左右）；

相鄰壓差0.2V以上（達到最大均衡電流1.2A）；

壓差越小均衡電流越小。

接線定義：

B-，電池組的總負極（第一節電池的負極）

B1，第一節電池的正極

B2，第二節電池的正極

B3.......以此類推。

配合保護板使用，排線接法和保護板一模一樣。

要使用主動式均板的原因:

一般保護板上的均衡稱為背動式均衡，一般都是電阻是放電均衡，而且只有充電時會做均衡而且一般保護板上的均衡能電流非常小大約50mA左右均衡能力不佳。

主動式均衡常見有兩種1是電感式1是電容式，兩者都是大電流主動均衡，都是把高電壓上多餘的電轉到低電壓電池上，所以也稱為能源轉移，重點是主動式是均衡無論電池處充電中或放電中或閒置都會偵測電壓，當電壓差大於0.1V時主動啟動均衡，使電池延長壽命。

採用主動式均衡板可以配合無均衡保護板也可用帶均衡保護板。

注意（13串以上的排線插頭需要斜著插入，先接觸B-針腳斜著往上插入，否則有可能導致板子燒毀情況發生）
